What is a flash?
A flash is a unique design created by an artist. It is only tattooed once. You can check each artist's work and contact them to check the availability of their flashes.

A tattoo follows the natural elasticity of the skin. Moderate weight gain or loss, or gradual muscle development, generally have no visible impact. Only extreme variations can slightly distort the design. We discuss this in detail in the article on tattoos and weight gain (French).
Surface healing takes about 2 to 3 weeks. Deep down, the skin takes up to 6 weeks to fully regenerate. Read the complete day-by-day guide (French).
Yes, a tattoo hurts a bit β but the intensity depends heavily on the area, the size of the design, and your personal sensitivity. It's more of a discomfort than sharp pain. For a detailed analysis, read our complete article on tattoo pain (French).
Yes, you can wash normally, just avoid rubbing the tattoo. Use a mild soap, rinse with lukewarm water, and pat dry gently with a clean towel.
We offer a complete aftercare kit for 15 β¬, made in France and about half the price of equivalent pharmacy products. It contains the two essentials for clean healing: a pH-neutral soap to wash the tattoo and a moisturizing care cream.
How to use? Gently wash with the soap, pat dry, then apply the cream in a thin layer only if the skin feels tight. Avoid greasy, alcohol-based, or perfumed products. See also the day-by-day healing guide (French).
Light physical activity is possible, but avoid excessive sweating, friction, or pressure on the tattooed area during the first few days. If your job is very physical, we can adapt the placement or timing of the appointment. See the specific delays by area (French).
The duration depends on the size and complexity of the project. A small piece can take 30 minutes to 1 hour, while a more elaborate project may require several hours or even multiple sessions. Details in the article on session duration (French).
Local anesthesia is not used in the studio. Numbing creams exist, but their use should be discussed before the session as they can alter skin texture and interfere with the work. (Consult a doctor.)
Once the project is validated, we can often tattoo as early as the following week, depending on the schedule and the size of the design. Allow up to one to two months for larger pieces.
The ribs, chest, inner thighs, hands, or feet are among the most sensitive areas. Arms, calves, or shoulders are generally more comfortable. See the complete ranking of areas (French).
Yes, with clean hands only, to apply cream or rinse it. Avoid having other people touch it, and keep it clean and protected.
Excessive heat (sun, hammam, intense sport) can slow healing. Nothing serious if the ambient temperature is normal, but avoid overheating or direct exposure. See our guide for managing a session in a heatwave (French).
